Peter Lehman, Director
Peter Lehman is author of Running Scared: Masculinity and the Representation of the Male Body, New Edition and Roy Orbison: The Invention of an Alternative Rock Masculinity and coauthor of Thinking about Movies: Watching Questioning, Enjoying, Third Edition; Blake Edwards: Returning to the Scene, Blake Edwards, Vol. 2.; and Authorship and Narrative in the Cinema. He is editor of Pornography: Film and Culture; Defining Cinema; and Close Viewings: An Anthology of New Film Criticism and coeditor of The Searchers: Essays and Reflections on John Ford’s Classic Western. He is a former president of the Society for Film and Media Studies.

Leah Abriani, Assistant to the Director
Leah Abriani is a Master of Liberal Studies student with an interest in representations of gender and sexuality in children's literature. She received her BA from UC Davis in American Studies and Women's Studies, as well as her elementary teaching credential. She taught second grade for several years in the San Francisco Bay Area before relocating to Arizona with her husband in 2005. She is happy to be a part of the Center for Film, Media & Popular Culture and the work of Peter Lehman.

Tedd Roundy, Intern
Tedd Roundy is senior at ASU, getting his Bachelors of Arts in Film and Media Studies with an emphasis in screenwriting. In 2007, Tedd received an Associate's Degree from Eastern Arizona College in Theatre and Cinematic Arts. His research interests include representation of race, sex and gender; narrative film; and digital media distribution. In 2009, Tedd presented an essay on digital media distribution at the annual conference by the International Association for the Study of Popular Music in San Diego.

Moe Grill, Intern
Moe Grill is a Bachelor of Film and Media Studies student with an emphasis in media industries and screenwriting. He is a Senior and has worked previously as an administrative and technical intern with the Phoenix Film Festival. Having a great interest in horror movies, he is interested in representations of gender and sexuality in the slasher and monster subgenres. He is greatly honored to be a part of the Center for Film, Media, and Popular Culture.
